The token

$LIVE is a meme coin.
That's the whole pitch.

No yield, no revenue share, no roadmap to a bank. It's a mascot, a ticker and a crowd that already watches sport together every night on Liveup.fans. If that's enough for you, you're early. If it isn't, that's a completely reasonable place to stand.

Source verified on BscScan. There is only ever one address — check it character by character, including the last four. Nobody on the team will ever DM you a different one.

Born on a broadcast

Liveup.fans already streams the games for free. $LIVE is the badge the people watching them wear.

Locked liquidity, empty toolbox

LP tokens go into a lock contract with no owner and no admin for a year, and we intend to keep extending it. The contract simply has no mint, no blacklist and no tax function to switch on.

The crowd holds the ball

70% of supply goes to the presale, 15% to the community pool. The team keeps 15% and vests it in the open.

Zero tax, both ways

0% on buys, 0% on sells. What you swap is what you get — the joke shouldn't cost you a fee.

Liveup.fans

The stream came first.
The coin came to the party.

Liveup.fans is where this started: football, basketball, baseball and everything in between, streamed free, no account wall, no three-ad pre-roll before a penalty kick. The mascot you just scrolled past is the face of that site. $LIVE gives the people who show up every night something to rally around.

$LIVE is a community meme token. It is not a subscription, a ticket, or a payment method for the stream — the stream is free for everyone, holder or not.

Presale contract 700,000,000 $LIVE

Holds the entire 700,000,000 public allocation. The tokens have been transferred into the contract — not held in a wallet. Two things can move them and nothing else: somebody buying them, or the treasury ending the round, which returns whatever is unsold to the treasury address below. Buyers are paid inside their own purchase transaction, so nothing that happens here afterwards can touch what they already hold.

Who qualifies — the exact rules, published before anyone registers
  • Your X account must have existed before 27 August 2026, the day registration opened. Accounts created after that date are excluded.
  • The account must have at least one post. Empty accounts are excluded.
  • You must still be following @LIVEUP_FANS when the list is built. Follow, claim, unfollow does not work — the check happens at the end, not now.
  • One wallet per X handle, one X handle per wallet. The second attempt with either is refused at registration, not quietly dropped later.
  • Your signature must verify against the wallet you registered. A forged one fails this check and never reaches the tree.

These rules exist to stop one person registering a thousand throwaway accounts and taking the pool that was meant for a community. They are written here before registration rather than announced afterwards, so nobody can accuse us of moving the line to suit ourselves. When the list is final we publish it in full, next to the merkle root, so anyone can recompute it and check their own entry.

@

Why 2,000, and why it is capped: an airdrop is future sell pressure with a zero cost basis. At the price we expect the pool to open at, 20,000,000 $LIVE is roughly $42,000 of it against about $210,000 of liquidity — a fifth. We would rather print that number than let you find it out on a chart. Going bigger would mean the first recipients to sell set the price for everyone who paid in the presale, most recipients included. The remaining 30,000,000 of the community pool is held back for creator rewards, match-day drops and later events rather than being pushed out on day one.

What we store: your wallet address, the handle you type, the exact sentence you signed, and the signature. Nothing else, no cookies, no email. What happens next: when registration closes we check every entry against the follower list, publish the full eligible list next to a merkle root, and deploy the claim contract. From then on you press Claim and the tokens come to you — we never hold them on your behalf, and an entry that fails the check simply is not in the tree. Neither registering nor claiming can take anything out of your wallet.

Something wrong with your entry? Write to support@liveup.fans with your wallet address. We will never email you first, and we will never ask for a seed phrase, a private key or a signature.

FAQs

Ask before you buy.

What actually is $LIVE?

A meme coin. It's the mascot token of Liveup.fans, a free sports streaming site. It doesn't pay you anything, it doesn't represent equity, and it doesn't unlock features on the stream — the stream is free for everybody. What it does is give a crowd that already watches together a ticker to rally behind.

Do I need $LIVE to watch sport on Liveup.fans?

No. Not now, not after launch. The site stays free for holders and non-holders alike. If anyone tells you a token is required to watch, they're lying to you.

How does the presale work?

Connect MetaMask on BNB Smart Chain, pick BNB or USDT (BEP-20), and press Buy. Your $LIVE arrives in that same transaction — there is no waiting list, no claim step, and no moment where we have to be trusted to send you anything. Paying in USDT takes two confirmations rather than one, because BEP-20 tokens require an approval before they can be spent; the page walks you through both.

The price is fixed in the contract: 1 USDT buys 2,000 $LIVE, which is $0.0005 per token. BNB is converted at the Chainlink BNB/USD feed read on chain at the moment you buy, so a BNB and a USDT contribution of the same value always get the same number of tokens. If that feed is stale or outside a sane range the contract refuses the purchase rather than guessing, and the page switches to USDT until it recovers. Contributions run from 25 to 5,000 USDT equivalent per wallet — enforced by the contract, not by this page — the same price for everyone, with no private round.

Is the progress bar real?

Yes. It reads raisedUsd straight off the sale contract every thirty seconds — the contract's own running total, which only the act of buying can move. Nothing about it is typed in by hand, and we would rather show a bar at 2% than invent a number to make the round look busy.

One caveat we would rather say ourselves than have you find out: the wallet the sale forwards payments to is an ordinary wallet, and nothing in the contract stops it from buying in this sale like anyone else. So treat the total as a record of what was paid in, not as proof of independent demand. Every buyer address is on chain — judge the round by those.

Which network is this on, and what can I pay with?

BNB Smart Chain — chain ID 56, the network BscScan indexes. $LIVE is a BEP-20 token. You can pay in BNB or in USDT, and the USDT must be the BEP-20 version on BNB Smart Chain, contract 0x55d398326f99059fF775485246999027B3197955. USDT sent from Ethereum, Tron or any other network will not arrive and cannot be recovered by anyone. You also need a little BNB in the wallet for gas — a few cents covers a transaction on this chain.

What stops the team from dumping on me?

The team's 15% vests over 12 months in a contract with no owner and no admin, and the address is published on day one, so anyone can watch it. Liquidity is locked for 12 months in a lock contract that likewise has no owner and no admin, and we intend to keep extending it. On the contract side we take a different approach from the usual "renounce and hope": we keep the owner key, but the contract is written so the owner has almost nothing to use it on. There is no mint function, no blacklist, no pause and no tax variable anywhere in the code, and no proxy to swap the code out. Read the next two answers — we would rather explain this than let you assume either the best or the worst.

You keep contract ownership. What can the owner actually do?

Two things, and they are both in the published source: recover a foreign token accidentally sent to the contract address, and voluntarily renounce ownership later. That is the whole list. The owner cannot mint supply, cannot freeze or blacklist a wallet, cannot pause transfers, cannot set a fee, and cannot change the code — because none of those functions exist and the contract is not upgradeable.

We keep the key because this is a company running a real product, not an anonymous launch, and there are ordinary administrative reasons to still exist as a counterparty a year from now. The honest trade-off: a renounced contract is checkable by a stranger with one glance at an explorer, while ours asks you to read the verified source and confirm the function list yourself. We think the source being short, verified on BscScan and free of every dangerous function is the stronger claim. You are entitled to disagree, and Section 13 of the whitepaper lists this as a named risk.

What happens when the liquidity lock expires?

The lock runs for 12 months from launch. During that year the pooled BNB and tokens cannot be withdrawn by anyone, including us. When the term ends the LP position returns to the project, and we can extend it, re-lock it, or withdraw it. Our intention is to keep it locked and keep extending — a year, then another — for as long as this project runs, because a project that intends to be here in three years has no use for the liquidity in its own pool.

That is an intention, not a mechanism, and we are not going to dress it up as one. "Liquidity locked" does not mean forever, here or anywhere. We publish what we intend to do at least 30 days before the unlock date, publish the transaction whichever way it goes, and publish the new lock page if we re-lock. Size your position with the expiry date in mind — Section 13 of the whitepaper lists it as a named risk.

Can the team stop the sale or take back the unsold tokens?

Stop it, yes — take back what you bought, no. One address, our treasury wallet, can end the round once. Doing that stops further purchases and returns whatever is still unsold to that same wallet, which is written into the contract at deployment and cannot be changed. It is the only privileged function in the whole contract.

It cannot reach your tokens, because your tokens were sent to your wallet in the same transaction as your payment — nothing is ever held on your behalf. It cannot change the price, the limits or the hard cap; those are constants in the bytecode. The reason it exists at all: the round has no expiry date, and without an off switch a round that stalled halfway would leave us unable to ever add liquidity, because anyone could buy the cheap remainder and sell it into the new pool. We would rather have that button and tell you about it than put a countdown clock on this page.

Where does my money go, and can I get it back?

Straight to the project's wallet, inside the same transaction that sends you your tokens. The sale contract does not hold your payment in escrow, and there is no soft cap and no refund function anywhere in it — if the round raises less than we hoped, nothing is returned. That is a deliberate design choice and you should weigh it before contributing.

What the contract does guarantee is the other half: the price, the per-wallet limits, the hard cap and the delivery are all fixed in the bytecode, there is no owner or admin function to change any of them, and the tokens cannot be withheld from you once your payment goes through. Read the verified source before you buy — that is what it is there for.

Can I lose money on this?

Yes. Easily, and all of it. Meme coins are among the most volatile things you can buy, they frequently go to zero, and this one has no revenue, no cash flow and no floor under it. Contribute money you can afford to see disappear entirely, and never contribute money you need.

How do I contact you?

support@liveup.fans reaches a person. Use it for anything: a purchase that did not arrive, a mistaken transfer, an airdrop entry you think was missed, or a number on this page that does not match what you see on chain. If you are reporting a problem, include your wallet address and the transaction hash — both are public, and neither lets us or anybody else move your funds.

What we will never ask you for, by email or anywhere else: your seed phrase, your private key, a signature, a "verification" payment, or remote access to your computer.

How do I avoid getting scammed?

Buy only from this domain, or from a link posted by our one official X account, @LIVEUP_FANS. We will never DM you first, never ask for your seed phrase or private key, never run a "send BNB to double it" round, and never post a second contract address. Bookmark the real page and use the bookmark.

Our only email address is support@liveup.fans, on our own domain. Anything from a gmail, a lookalike domain, or a "support team" on a chat app is not us. We will never email you asking for a seed phrase, a private key, a signature, or a payment — there is no situation in which we need any of those from you.
